Unlike group coaching, 1:1 coaching provides a more focused and tailored experience to meet your unique needs and challenges. We work together to set specific goals and objectives and develop a plan of action to achieve them. I help you identify you strengths and development areas, overcome obstacles, gain clarity on traumatic experiences, and develop coping skills and strategies to become your best version.

  • Where are workshops held?

    I offer in-person workshops in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire as well as virtual workshops for participants who prefer to join from anywhere in the world. This way, you can choose the format that works best for you and your schedule.

    Workshops are customized to the needs of each group, but common themes include:

    • Mindful leadership and emotional intelligence

  • How long are the workshops?

    Workshops can range from 90 minutes to half-day or full-day sessions, depending on the depth and outcomes desired. Each one is designed to balance insight with action so participants leave with both clarity and practical tools.

  • How many people are in a group?

    Group sizes vary, but I typically keep them intimate and interactive (10–20 participants). This allows everyone to engage fully, ask questions, and learn not only from me but from each other.

  • Who is Leadership Development for?

    To provide a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone can share their experiences, learn from each other, and practice judgment-free listening, while gently being guided toward their goals. 

  • What makes my approach different?

    My group coaching programs are cohort-based with up to 20 clients enrolling and being guided through the same program at the same time. All of my group programs are 4 weeks long and cost the same. 

  • What topics do you cover?

    Programs are customized to the organization, but often include:

    • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
    • Leading through change and uncertainty
    • Communication and executive presence
    • Coaching and developing others
    • Building trust and psychological safety

  • How do you measure impact?

    I start by aligning the program to your organization’s goals (e.g., engagement, retention, revenue growth). Leaders receive feedback pre- and post-program, and we track behavior changes and business outcomes. This ensures the program delivers both personal transformation and tangible ROI.

  • What’s the format?

    Leadership Development can be delivered as:

    • Workshops (virtual or in-person)
    • Multi-session programs over several months
    • Blended learning combining workshops, coaching, and peer groups

    I’ll work with you to design the format that best fits your organization’s needs, culture, and schedule.

  • How long are the programs?

    Programs can be customized, from a 3-hour workshop to a 6–12 month leadership journey. The right length depends on the depth of development your organization is looking for.


Payment


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    I accept Venmo, Wire Transfer, PayPal, cash or check. 

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, there are payment plans. Each program has its own payment plan based on the length of the program. Please request a payment plan during your discovery call. 

  • Do you offer refunds?

    I offer a 100% refund if a participant is not happy with the results by the end of a program/course. Terms apply. 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable. 

  • When are payments due?

    Either the full payment or the first installment is required in order to join a program or start 1:1 sessions.
