Welcome to Ananda Experience. By accessing our website or using our coaching and professional development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


1. Services Provided

Ananda Experience provides professional coaching, leadership development, and career strategy services. These services are intended for professional and personal development. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or legal/financial counsel.


2. Professional Relationship and Boundaries

  • Nature of Coaching: The coaching relationship is a partnership designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals.
  • Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.


3. Payment and Fees

  • Standard Bookings: All fees for individual coaching sessions or introductory packages are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment Plans: For long-term coaching engagements and professional development programs, we offer flexible payment installments. You may opt to pay your program fees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Automatic Billing: If you opt for a payment plan, you authorize Ananda Experience to automatically charge your saved payment method on the scheduled intervals.
  • Late Payments: If a payment plan installment is missed or declined, services may be paused until the account is brought current.
  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. For multi-month programs, if you choose to terminate early, you remain responsible for payment for all services already rendered.


4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling a session.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will be charged the full session fee or deducted from your active coaching package.
  • Emergency Exception: We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options for unforeseen circumstances.


5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to you during the course of our engagement—including worksheets, frameworks, videos, and presentation materials—are the intellectual property of Ananda Experience and are intended for your individual use only. You may not record sessions, redistribute, or sell these materials without express written consent.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ananda Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.


7. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered become due immediately.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.



9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
